African Cats: The Movie
What a delightful movie! Since Disney filmed these adventures with younger viewers in mind, we are spared from some of the harsher realities of an African cat’s life in the wild. What we get here is still realistic, but the softer side. This film’s scenes are beautiful, sweet, inspiring, uplifting, and even suspenseful. There were moments that had me on the edge of my seat!

Reflections on The Last Lions
Have you had a chance to see this movie yet? What did you think? I managed to squeeze it in the last day it was playing in my area, and I’m so thankful that I did. After seeing it, I have a clearer understanding of some of the specific hardships lions face in the wild, and just how valuable the protection of a pride can be to a lion, lioness, or cub.
